Welcome to my blog. I'm Liam Gray, a software engineer and "IT guy" or "computer guy." A friend dubbed me "Golden Retriever" because I'm friendly and fun. Though I have an engineering degree from a top school and have spent much of my life fixing software in high-pressure environments in big companies, I really enjoy helping people tame their computers and other technology.
In my next post, I'll outline my system of making your computing experience smoother and happier. After that, about once per week, I'll go into more detail on each point.
